How to get your question attended to ASAP
Need help with your problem immediately? Here is the best way to get your question attended to by our staff
1) Use an explicit title. Do not use topic titles such as I NEED HELP!!!!! or CAN SOMEONE FIX THIS!? Instead, use titles such as, Live Feed vs. News Feed or Requests Page Not Found
2) Use proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. If a staff member cannot read your post, we will not bother answering it. Also do not post huge chunks of text. Instead press enter a couple times to make your post easier to read.
3) Use a screenshot. Screenshots will give the staff a much better idea of what your issue is. Make sure that your screenshot is big enough to see and remove all links that lead outside the forum.
4) Look for users who might be having the same problem. Your question might have been answered already.
5) Be as specific as possible. Include information like:
---> If you are listed as under 13
---> When the problem started
---> If anyone else is having the same problem
---> If the problem occurs randomly
---> How long you have had your Facebook Account for
---> How many friends you have
---> How many messages you have sent (Inbox)
---> If you are the only person who knows your e-mail/password combination
---> What your current privacy settings are
---> If you have tried clearing your cookies/cache
---> If your e-mail is provided by a school or company
---> What you have already tried to solve your problem
---> What operating system you use
---> What internet browser (and version) you use
---> If you have the latest versions of Flash and Javascript
---> If you have experienced problems before
6) Be patient and be respectful. If you work with us, we will gladly work with you.
7) Try to solve the problem yourself before requesting support. There are people on this forum who may need more help than you. If you don't know how to untag yourself in a photo, Google search it. Some people might need help contacting Facebook about a disabled profile.
