Unable to request friends

I do not know who to contact. I have been blocked from adding people. I thought the purpose of FB is to make friends. Who can I contact for assistance?

How many Friends have you tried to add and how often ?



If you do this too frequently and try to add too many at one time ,you will probably be banned from Facebook for however long they deem 'suitable' for what they perceive to be spamming ....
